The Ruth Enlow Library invites you along on a bus trip with Schrock Tour & Charter to the 12th Annual National Book Festival in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, September 22. The trip is open to the public at a cost of $50 person, or $30 with a student ID, payable in full at the time of registration and non-refundable. The registration deadline is Saturday, September 8. To register, contact Georgie Dawson, administrative assistant at the Ruth Enlow Library, at 301-334-3996, ext. 106, and provide name, address, phone number, and number of reservations.

The chartered bus will depart the Oakland town parking lot at 6:30 a.m. the morning of September 22 and stop for pick-up at Delano’s Furniture Store (old IGA) in Accident at 7:00 a.m. The bus will leave Washington, D.C. that same day at 5:30 p.m. It will stop at Sideling Hill Rest Area en route to the festival and at the Golden Corral in Frederick for dinner on the return trip. Restrooms, TV, and VCR are available on the bus. No glass containers are permitted.
