Choose Civility: What Is Garrett County?

"What is Garrett County?" is the topic for the second in a series of 'Choose Civility' discussions. Questions will include "Why do you live here? What makes it difficult? Are there 'real'  Garrett County people? What are the big divides in this area?"

The public is invited to join a respectful discussion in a non-partisan environment.
