Onward and upward!

First off, I wanted to say “Thank you” to everyone who took the time to fill out a survey for us over the last month – over 400, at last count.  Your input is extremely valuable, and we’re looking them over now to integrate what you want into our Strategic Plan coming up!

Our Meeting Room at the Main Library is in the process of being renovated, thanks to a very generous gift in memory of Daniel Offutt.  We just finished painting, and are looking forward to seeing new carpeting installed there to refresh the room and make it a wonderful place for our events.

The town of Kitzmiller will begin redoing the sidewalk leading to the Library on Monday, March 19.  Repairs are projected to take a week – please bear with us in the meantime! 

We’ve also received a “Learn, Play, Grow” grant recently that enabled us to add some new interactive surprises to the Accident, Oakland and Grantsville branches for kids.  We also got an HTC Vive virtuatl reality headset at the Accident branch that lets people explore the world without leaving town - come see what’s new!
