The Grand Opening of the new Friendsville Library will now take place on Friday, October 9th, at 2 pm.

Effective Monday, August 31, 2026, our statewide interlibrary loan service, Marina, will transition to a new and improved platform! Requests in the current system will be accepted until August 21, 2026. During the transition period, Marina access will be unavailable from Aug. 21 to Aug. 30.

The Friendsville branch of the Ruth Enlow Library will be closed on Saturday - June 6th for the Celtic Festival.

All branches of the Ruth Enlow Library will be closed on Monday - January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will reopen at our regular hours on Tuesday - January 20th.
