Join us for our first annual Holiday Open House @ Oakland
The Oakland Library invites the public to its first annual Holiday Open House on Monday, December 11th, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. “Come prepared to take your own photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus,” said library associate Susanne Kight. “And all young children will receive a small souvenir from Santa!”
The event includes Christmas stories in the children’s area and sugar cookies to decorate and eat, as well as other refreshments. Attendees also will enjoy virtual reality tours of the North Pole and Christmas at the White House, and have the chance to enter a drawing for one of several gift certificates purchased from local businesses.
